October 18-20, 2022

In this year’s UDLHE Digicon, everything is new, with a focus of strengthening the network between UDL professionals on all levels and from all over the world. We will be using a new conference platform that will enable our participants to easily engage with other participants and presenters. During Digicon, we will offer social meeting spaces in Zoom room sessions that can be booked by participants throughout the entire conference, participants can chat directly with up to eight other participants and create their own customized profiles. In addition, all participants and presenters will easily be able to stay in touch with each other even after Digicon, since they will automatically join the UDLHE Network in Mighty Networks.

Furthermore, our amazing teams of Digicon volunteers have worked hard to expand Digicon to an even more international audience than before – our conference days have been extended so that we can have live sessions all the way from Australia, Japan, Austria, France, Norway, the UK, Ireland, Puerto Rico, the US and Canada – so that presenters and participants from the different regions of the world can engage at times that suit them. We are also proud to offer keynotes that provide different international perspectives on UDL – from Australia, Japan & the US, Austria & Hungary and Ireland.

In addition, a whole day is set aside for participants to meet different sponsors in interactive sessions – to learn about and try out exciting new tools that support the universal design of teaching and learning in higher education. This day will also offer presenters opportunities to meet tech support one-on-one in order to test their presentations, as well as opportunities for meet & greet sessions for all participants.

Watch our for more information to come – we will soon release teaser videos from our presenters that should get you excited about joining us at Digicon.
