Registration Options

  • Attendee - Includes full conference and a copy of the Summit Proceedings.  The rates are as follows:
    • Super Early-Bird Rate - 135.00 (Available until 11/14/2014)
    • Early-Bird Rate - 155.00 (Available 11/15-2014-12/31-2014)
    • Regular Rate - 185.00 (Available 1/1/2015-3/11/2015)
  • Presenter - Discounted registration option for presenters that includes the full conference and a copy of the Summit Proceedings. 
  • Summit Venue and Parking - The summit will be located at the USM Gulf Park Campus ( 730 East Boulevard, Long Beach, MS 39560).  All events will be held in the Fleming Education Center (FEC).  Signs will be posted on campus to direct participants who may be driving to FEC.  There is no physical street address for FEC—only the university address. There is a large parking lot attached to the FEC.  University parking will not be ticketing people during our event.  No additional pass is needed.
  • Summit Hotel - The primary Summit hotel is the beautiful Courtyard Gulfport Beachfront. Special rates ($129.00 USD per night) have been negotiated and transportation will be provided from this hotel.  Only so many rooms have been blocked, so reserve nowClick Here to Reserve a Room

  • Dinner Option - All registration options may add dinner for an additional $38.50 for the evening of 3/12/2015 at Salute Italian Restaurant.  The dinner provides an opportunity for attendees to engage with each other socially and network in a relaxed atmosphere.  Individuals adding the dinner option will have the opportunity to select their dinner options the day of the dinner.  The dinner options include:
    • First Course

      • House Salad with Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette OR Cup of Tomato Basil Cream

    • Entree Choices

      • SHRIMP CRAWFISH CAKES & SHRIMP SKEWER - Fresh Gulf shrimp and Louisiana crawfish blended with garlic, celery, bell pepper, onion and Italian breadcrumbs served over mixed seasonal greens with fresh tomato aioli & a grilled shrimp skewer served with fresh veggies.

      • SMOKED SALMON AIOLI - Perfectly hickory smoked salmon served on a bed of sautéed seasonal veggies drizzled with a roasted garlic aioli.

      • CHICKEN PARMIGIANA - Each breaded in Italian bread crumbs fried till golden brown topped with valarosa tomatoes with sautéed garlic & onions, garden fresh basil marinara & fresh melted mozzarella.

      • CATFISH SUPREME - Fried farm raised Mississippi Delta catfish cooked till golden brown topped with fresh Gulf shrimp, Louisiana crawfish, pancetta, sliced mushrooms in a spicy roasted garlic alfredo cream.

    • Desserts

      • Banana Fosters Bread Pudding OR Tiramisu

  • Cancellation/Refund Policy - Refunds may be provided on a case-by-case for cancellations made prior to January 31, 2015 and are subject to a 30.00 processing fee.  No refund will be provided after January 31, 2015.
